Almond Cookies – Version 1

Apparently there is a difference when a cookie recipe calls for confectioners sugar versus regular grain sugar. That difference being that your cookies don’t come out into brittle caramel (but still delicious!) messes if you use confectioners like the recipe calls for.

Can you believe I used my star cookie cutters on these?

But hey, at least I learned something new today. Now back to eating my “creation” as Edgar called it.
